The full Warehouse experience on one plate. Pick your smoked meat, or two, and pair it with your favorite Southern sides. Every meat is trimmed, pulled or chopped by hand in our kitchen and smoked low and slow until it's ready, not a minute before. Not a meat eater? The Side Hustle Plate brings three sides and cornbread. Come hungry, leave like family.
Smoked Meats & Ribs
Straight from the smoker by the half pound: hand-trimmed brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, chopped turkey BBQ, sliced turkey breast, pork belly burnt ends and our house-made andouille. Plus St. Louis ribs we cut ourselves, rib tips by the box, and the Dino Beef Rib when you want to make a statement. Add a few sides and make it a feast.
Soul Bowls
Everything you love about a BBQ plate, layered in one bowl. Your choice of smoked meat over two Southern sides, finished with BBQ sauce and crumbled cornbread. The Small hits the spot; the Large is dinner and then some. Our tip: mac & cheese and collards. Trust us.
Sandwiches, Burgers, & Baskets
Smoked meat piled on a soft brioche bun with slaw and pickles, our Warehouse Brisket Burger, cheesesteaks with New York attitude, a fried pork chop sandwich, and baskets of rib tips and fried ribs. Big flavor that fits in your hands.
Fried Chicken Wings
Jumbo wings fried crispy and tossed in the flavor you crave, from classic Buffalo and BBQ to Lemon Pepper, Jerk, Mango Habanero and Spicy Peach. Every order is 3 whole jumbo wings cut into 6 pieces. Grab a cup of ranch on the side.
Family Meals & Wing Packs
Feeding a crowd? We’ve got you. Family meals loaded with smoked meat, large Southern sides and cornbread, plus wing packs in 18, 24 or 30 pieces of your favorite flavor. Built for game nights, birthdays, office lunches and Sunday dinners. The more the merrier. That’s the Warehouse way.
Southern Sides
The sides that make the plate: smoked mac & cheese, slow-cooked collard greens with smoked turkey, Smokin' Bomb Beans, smoked yams, potato salad, meatless Southern string beans, coleslaw, fried okra and seasoned fries. Plus sweet corn hush puppies and cornbread. Available in small, medium and large.
Desserts
Save room. Southern peach cobbler, thick slices of pound cake in banana pudding, strawberry crumble, lemon and classic butter, plus cheesecake slices and cheesecake parfait cups. The sweet finish every smoky meal deserves.
Drinks
Made right here: Warehouse Kool-Aid, Southern sweet tea, strawberry lemonade and peach lemonade, brewed and mixed in our kitchen just like the cookout. Plus ice-cold 20 oz bottled sodas. Dining in? Fountain drinks are poured fresh at the counter.
Lunch Break
Served daily from 11 AM to 3 PM. A real BBQ lunch without the big-plate price: smoked meat with a Southern side and cornbread, a lunch-size Soul Bowl, or a sandwich-and-fries combo. Same hand-pulled, hand-trimmed meat we smoke low and slow for dinner, just sized for the middle of your day.
